The PCFA is a non-profit, non-government and voluntary organization based in Lahore, Pakistan. It is a people's organization whose strength comes from the voluntary participation of citizens, professionals, academics and business leaders who share a commitment to friendship between Pakistan and China.

The Association works to promote people-to-people contact, mutual understanding, friendship and cooperation between the two countries, and to maintain liaison and coordination with the Consulate General of China in Lahore.
